I must say that I was really satisfied. The author has done an incredible job, very well written, including the initial part dedicated to various insights on food. This is not a simple recipe book, but a complete guide to juggling vegetable cooking. Competence and professionalism in drafting the text. The book was written in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I really enjoy reading books on nutrition and I always learn a lot of new things. In the book, there are many recipes without sugar or with reduced sugar, which are very well described. I want to try them all, I feel like reading! The recipes are well written: time, difficulty, portions, ingredients, and finally the procedure (simple, streamlined, and definitely understandable; which should not be underestimated).
